  • It only takes 1 hour to get to the hotel from Incheon International Airport and Kimpo Airport by car
  • It only takes less than 10 minutes for you to walk to famous nearby attractions such as the Gyungbokgung Palace, Changgyeonggung Palace,  Changdeokgung Palace, Samcheong-Dong and Myeongdong main shopping area
  • There are many convenient stores, shops, malls, small restaurants, cafes and tea shops nearby to CenterMark Hotel Seoul and there is even a McDonald’s next door to the hotel
  • Starbucks can be found within 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel
  • The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Myeongdong and Seoul Station
  • There is SM Duty-Free Shop opposite the hotel
  • The hotel is close to a thriving street market

  • Hotel staffs are friendly, helpful, attentive, lovely, kind, wonderful, pleasant, polite, accommodating, courteous and willing to go out of the way in order to help you
  • The front desk staffs will also give you a lot of tips and information on what to do and what to eat while you are in Seoul
  • Some of the hotel staffs speak multiple languages including fluent English and Mandarin
  • Check in and check out experience was a breeze according to the hotel guests
  • There is a complimentary buffet breakfast served daily consisting of Korean and Western choices
  • There is also a coin-operated laundry machine that is open for 24 hours
  • A café in the hotel serves good smoothies according to a hotel guest’s daughter
  • Some of the hotel guests were privileged enough to receive complimentary room upgrades
  • The hotel has a business center facility that allows the hotel guests to check their e-mails

  • There are two restaurants at the hotel that serve Korean Food and Japanese Food and they are Gyoungbokkung restaurant and Eodam restaurant

  • Whilst some of the guests complimented that the breakfast choices were good, some hotel guests complained that the choices are still too limited and would like to see more options
  • Certain hotel guests experienced bad customer service from the front desk staffs
  • The rooms are rather small and not much place to put your luggage according to some of the guests
  • The sound proofing in the rooms is not exactly good as you can still hear other people’s activities in the next room and in the corridor
  • There is a limited selection of English channels on the TV
  • You are unable to change the temperature of the air conditioner
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided
  • Some of the guests complained that the towels provided are dirty, not properly clean and some of them even had holes
