  • The hotel is located in Myeongdong shopping district
  • It is also located next to the subway station
  • The hotel is located in a convenient location for food, shopping and transportation
  • Restaurants, cafes, shops, money exchangers, Lotte Department Store and Nanta Theatre is just a few minutes’ walk away from the hotel
  • Airport bus is located in front of the hotel
  • Lots of street food stalls nearby to the hotel
  • N Seoul Tower is 5 minutes’ drive away and Seoul Station is 10 minutes’ drive away
  • Incheon International Airport is an hour drive away and Gimpo Airport is 40 minutes’ drive away
  • The front desk staffs are quite helpful, friendly, nice and reasonably polite
  • Certain staffs can speak basic to fluent English and Mandarin
  • Some guests were given the luxury of early check-ins without additional charges
  • Some guests were given free room upgrades
  • Complimentary breakfast that is served on a daily basis
  • All the rooms come with a wardrobe, work desk, flat-screen TV and a minibar
  • The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, basic toiletries and slippers

  • There is mixture of good and bad reviews for the front desk staffs and while some guests experienced good customer service, the others experienced terrible to fair customer service and a lot of them complained about the horrible attitude from the receptionist
  • Hotel Duty Manager is not helpful at all according to some of the hotel guests
  • The check-in time listed on the official website is wrong
  • The hotel lobby is located on the 3rd floor which is unusual
  • Most of the hotel staffs can only understand very basic English which makes it quite difficult to communicate your request to them
  • Some of the staffs were not accommodating and refused to attend to some of the hotel guests needs
  • No dedicated concierge service and no porter service
  • The breakfast choices are the same and most of it are Korean dishes forcing some hotel guests to have their breakfast in McDonald’s opposite the hotel
  • The elevator speed is slow and the waiting time is too long
  • The size of the room is small
  • There is a lack of power sockets and only one power socket in the entire room
  • Wi-Fi internet access speed is only slow to satisfactory
  • There is no way to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner so the temperature is inconsistent giving several guests sleepless nights
  • There are only limited channels on the TV
  • The hotel does not provide toothbrush and toothpaste and a guest mentioned that the hotel will charge you extra if you request for a toothbrush so bring your own
  • Some of the guests had problem sleeping due to the lights being automatically turned on in the middle of the night
  • There are no hanging hooks in the room to hang your clothes
  • It is easy for the water to splash out of the bath tub even with the shower curtains drawn over
  • Some guests found the bathroom to be dated and dirty
  • On higher floors, the water pressure is too low to take a proper bath
  • The toiletries provided are very basic and it only includes a small soap and shampoo
  • Some of the toiletries are sometimes not replenished
  • Slippers provided may be already used by other hotel guests and the hotel just recycles them
